We are looking for people that are passionate about delivering the highest standards of service to our customers.
Due to our phenomenal growth, we are seeking to expand our Customer Care team. Your knowledge of the travel industry and interest in either winter sports or cruise holidays will help you answer our customers' post sale queries both accurately and efficiently.
As you will be handling incoming phone calls and emails from both customers and suppliers, we are looking for people that are confident and able communicators. The role also involves proactively calling customers pre and post departure to ensure that they are have everything they need and selling ancillary products and upgrades as appropriate.
The position is available from 01.09.2010. You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
Salary: £15.500 + commission

An opportunity has arisen for Data Entry Administrator for the UK's leading online specialist travel agent Iglu.com. You will be responsible for updating pictures, prices, descriptions and availability to properties on our Ski, Cruise & Lapland websites.
Skills needed:
- Use of Microsoft Word/Excel
- Basic image editing in Photoshop
- Interest in travel (skiing/cruise)
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Good written English
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Able to work to deadlines
Salary: £12,100 + commission
Temporary contract until 31st March 2011
