“ I feel I must contact you to express my satisfaction on the service I received when booking my holiday with Iglu to Thailand, and in particular the service received from one of your Tropical Specialists.

He provided us with all of the information we requested over the last week while we decided on the best destination for our holiday. He was not phased by the fact that we kept changing our minds about where we wanted to go, which airline, which hotel etc. etc. and did everything possible to help our decision making process easier.

Even when we thought we had found a better price with another operator (which didn't turn out to be as it seemed) Your Tropical specialist was quite happy to deal with us again and provided us with the same first class, friendly and professional service.

We booked a holiday with Iglu a couple of years ago to Singapore and Hong Kong and dealt with another representative. We found the same pleasant and easy service. This recent experience has proved that Iglu obviously pride themselves on service and the staff are a credit the company.

“ Michal, we are just back from our villa holiday in Ceret. I wanted to email you to say we had a really lovely villa and we were extremely pleased with the service we got from Iglu.com and particularly from you, as you were most helpful with all of our queries. The villa itself was lovely, and even though we were a bit unsure at first in case it was not all that the website had said it would be, in fact it was much nicer than we expected. The place was spacious, clean and all linens etc. were supplied. It was truly like a home away from home. The owners put a lot of trust in their guests and we found that we had a great library of books and games that we enjoyed, plus they had left things like washing powder and shampoo etc. We left what supplies we had there for the next guests. Also, please convey to the owners that their next door neighbours, a French couple with children, were really helpful to us and gave us a warm welcome. We needed medicine for one of our children and the neighbour gave us eardrops and painkillers to help while we waited for the pharmacy to open. I do not know their names to write to thank them, but it would be great if you could tell the owners and perhaps they could pass on our thanks. Overall, we could not have asked for a nicer, more family-friendly home and we really enjoyed our stay in Ceret. “ Dear Iglu, I've recently booked a holiday, fairly last minute with your operator Philippe Macleod. I just wanted to let you know that his customer service was unbelievably amazing! I was originally meant to be going with a group of friends (who also booked with Iglu) but had to pull out last minute, however the opportunity for me to take holiday then became available...I rang your company and spoke with Philippe, explained my situation and that ideally I'd love to join my friends in the same resort and within a day he got back to me and had not only arranged the same flight out there but also put me in the chalet next door! He'd arranged everything so quickly and dealt with the situation in such a professional manner that I'd like to make you aware that he's an asset to the company. It's staff like Philippe that swing customers decisions. For example, I'd rang around other companies and spoken with other operators over the phone...the majority of them sounded miserable, stressed and not committed to the job in hand. All I can say is that Philippe was the exact opposite of this. He was polite, well spoken, very easy to communicate with and an all round nice bloke! I'd actually been offered a cheaper deal with another company but because the woman was so miserable and Philippe was so nice it was him that swung my decision. Having spoken to my friends it sounds like your staff are of a high caliber and that's exactly what people of the public look for. So, many thanks for a smooth booking...I hope I haven't jumped the gun and that the holiday has no hick ups along the way but for now thank you very much! “ Sometimes a holiday is so good you have to tell someone about it. We booked our Ski Chalet holiday through Iglu Ski back in November and despite some nail biting over snow conditions we were rewarded with plenty of powder and great ski conditions for our week in Alpe D'huez. The Chalet was all it promised to be, well located just a few meters from a lift and in the heart of the social old town. We had been worried about staying in a Chalet with 14 strangers, but it turned out that this was the highlight of the holiday, after a shy first day we soon settled into the group and by Wednesday we were one big happy family, skiing together, meeting for lunch and enjoying the delightful après ski activities together. I have no doubt that we will remain in contact with most of our chalet mates and may even go skiing again with them in the future. With such a well balanced social and ski holiday I can honestly say that my 11th year on the slopes was by far the best. ” Bruce Debell - January 2007
